PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES TO REDUCE STRESS AND FINANCIAL WELLNESS AT WORKPLACE
Are we physically fit to work? Most of us think that we are physically fit to a certain level.
Given the circums tances that we are lack ing in terms of exercise and proper diet, poor ergonomic practices , and coupled with stress at work , our body may suffer in the long run. Lacking of fitness wills train the body even when exposed to not so demanding work , and the body is susceptible to musculos keletal illnesses and other health problems such as heart disease, stroke, unable to maintain energy level , mental stress , lack of concentration, etc.
Can all these problems be avoided? The answer is yes . A fit body will lead to healthy life style, less susceptible to disease, lesser body and mental stresses , and a high productivity at work . This training course provide the most practical and efficient solutions and will prepare the participants on various aspects of fitness and improve their abilities to work.
