Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MSOSH ACADEMY SDN BHD. We strive to provide high-quality training and ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining a refund from MSOSH ACADEMY SDN BHD. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund

All payments made for courses are refundable by completing refund form.

Cancellation of Course

In the event of cancellation of a course by us for whatsoever reason, a full refund will be given to the participant who registered for the said course. Course confirmation will be sent within 7 days to the participant before the course begins. We shall not be held responsible for any other expenses that have been incurred by the participant with respect to the course.

Rescheduling of Course

The registered participant is required to contact us at 01165031212 or email to academy@msosh.org.my to ascertain that a later date is available for rescheduling purposes.

Rescheduling request have to be made at least 15 days before the course commencement date. Rescheduling will take into consideration class capacity (given the SOP this COVID-19 pandemic), student will be on waiting list and be given seat ONLY if there is availability 7 days before course commencement. It is the participant’s responsibility to contact us and follow-up on the rescheduling request if the participant has not received any reply from us within 14 days from the date of the request was made.

Our decision is final and we shall not entertain any appeals thereafter.

Transfer of Course to Another Participant

Any registered course is allowed to be transferred to another participant. The registered participant is required to contact us at 01165031212 or email to academy@msosh.org.my within 7 days from the date of the course. It is the participant’s responsibility to contact us and follow-up on the transfer of course request if the participant has not received any reply from us within 14 days from the date of the request was made. Our decision is final and we shall not entertain any appeals thereafter.
